MEGAN CONLEY
President

Megan Conley is a Senior from Chevy Chase, MD. She is majoring in Nursing with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. As president, Megan is in charge of leading Project Haiti in all of our efforts to raise funds for our partners in Haiti.
“Giving back has always been a huge part of my life, and Project Haiti (PH) has fulfilled that calling. Being President of PH has been an incredible experience, and I am so blessed to work alongside so many like-minded individuals. Our organization has been doing amazing things for our partners since 1997, and I am honored to carry on the tradition of excellence.”
CALISTA CALABRO
Calista Calabro is a Sophomore from Carbondale, PA. She is majoring in Security and Risk Analysis. As Vice President, Calista is responsible for overseeing the different committees, as well as seeking new opportunities for growth and development for both our club and our partners.
“I joined Project Haiti as a way to get more involved on campus while helping others who need it. They do such an amazing job staying in touch with their brothers and sisters in Haiti along with keeping members up to date on current events. I’ve met some of the best people through Project Haiti, all determined to reach the same goal and help our partners.”
BROOKE ROMBERGER
Secretary
Brooke Romberger is a Senior from Bucks County, PA. She is majoring in Rehabilitation and Human Services with a minor in Psychology. As Secretary, Brooke is responsible for maintaining Project Haiti’s social media presence, sending out weekly update emails and meeting reminders to members, and assisting in general record keeping and organization for the club.
“I joined Project Haiti to help those beyond my own community and to meet other individuals with the same goals. Project Haiti is a PHamily within the larger community that is Penn State, and it has shown me what it means to be a responsible volunteer and how to provide help and assistance in a way that can support communities beyond the present moment, to provide lasting foundations for a better future. Project Haiti is a home away from home, and I will be forever honored to have learned so much from our partners, other members, and my own involvement in this incredible organization.”
JULIE CURRAN
Treasurer
Julie Curran is a Senior from Somers, NY. She is majoring in Geography with minors in Energy Business and Finance, and Geographic Information Systems. As Treasurer, she is involved in managing all monetary inflow and outflow for the club.
“Project Haiti has completely changed my life over the past three years. I can't wait for all that this year has to teach me and to become closer with our brothers and sisters in Haiti. Project Haiti means the world to me, so there is no better way I would like to serve our Brother and Sisters in Haiti than as Treasurer."
JENNA PATTERSON
Historian
Jenna Patterson is a Junior from Delaware County, PA. She is majoring in Accounting and Spanish. As Historian, Jenna documents all the events that Project Haiti participates in throughout the year. She also works to educate the club on our partners and keep us updated on what’s happening in Haiti.
“I joined Project Haiti my freshman year because I loved the mission behind the club and also the family aspect. I can say that Project Haiti has definitely shaped my college experience. I met some of my best friends in this club and I am forever thankful for that. I also love that we are a small group of college students from different backgrounds all coming together to help support our three partners in Haiti.”
ANDREW DAUBY
Director of Fundraising
Andrew Dauby is a Senior from Murrysville, PA. He is majoring in Aerospace Engineering. As Director of Fundraising, Andrew is in charge of planning and running all of Project Haiti’s fundraisers throughout the year. He also leads a committee in efforts to brainstorm new and inventive fundraisers to raise money for our partners. Some of these fundraisers have included volunteering at D.P. Dough, and organizing restaurant percentage nights throughout the State College area.
“I joined Project Haiti because I was looking for a way to give back and help those in need. After only being in the club for a short time, I saw that we really do make a difference, and I have met some wonderful people along the way.”
GRACE BEVERIDGE
Director of Campus Engagement
Grace Beveridge is a Sophomore from Chalfont, PA. She is majoring in Biobehaviorial Health. As Director of Campus Engagement, Grace is in charge of leading a committee of Project Haiti members in spreading the word about our events throughout the Penn State community, and acting as a liaison to other Penn State organizations, to get them involved in Project Haiti fundraisers throughout the year. She also manages the design of Project Haiti merchandise, in order to advertise the club to members of the student body around campus.
“I joined Project Haiti because I wanted to pursue my passion for helping others in any way I can. Project Haiti has shown me how much love and compassion that I, and others, are truly capable of giving. Being a part of this club has really had an impact on my life that I wouldn’t have imagined and I’m so thankful for our PHam here at Penn State.”
CASSIE CLAYTON
Director of Donor Relations
Cassie Clayton is a Sophomore from Guilford, CT. She is majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering. As Director of Donor Relations, Cassie is in charge of maintaining the club's donation platform and overseeing the distribution of donation letters. She also oversees a committee, which works to recruit new corporate and personal donors, and maintains communication and positive relationships with Project Haiti's current donors.
“I joined Project Haiti when I saw the table at the involvement fair and have fallen in love with the club ever since. Project Haiti's mission is not only to fundraise but to raise awareness for our brothers and sisters in Haiti. To me, the club is way more than that. Project Haiti creates a community that shares one common goal to better the lives of our partners. This community is filled with people who truly care for one another and look to help their friends and anyone around them in anyway they can. I am truly grateful to have found such a genuine group of people and will cherish the memories I have made in Project Haiti.”
COLLEEN MCFADDEN
Director of Alumni Relations
Colleen McFadden is a Senior from Ambler, PA. She is majoring in Communication Science and Disorders with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. As Director of Alumni Relations, Colleen works to keep our alumni up-to-date with Project Haiti’s current activities and fundraisers through an alumni newsletter. She also works to continue to keep them engaged in the Project Haiti community after graduation.
“Project Haiti donates to Haitian run organizations, supporting not only the present, but the future of Haiti. I joined Project Haiti because I love the idea of being connected to people around the world and making a positive impact. As we are all now so easily connected through technology, we cannot turn a blind eye to those in need around the world. In fact, it’s our duty as worldly citizens to make this earth the best place it can be!”
